We usually deliver within 5-9 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
Are there any additional shipping charges?

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from totzny.com. You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. The refund amount will be credited back to your TotzNY account as a voucher or credit points.
If product is not received at our warehouse within 7 working days of return/refund initiation, then refund request will be cancelled.
Refunds will be initiated only after the inspection of the returned product.
In case of missing bank details, four weeks after refund initiation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation.
Some additional guidelines:
• Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
• Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
• You can inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at email@example.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
• One time reverse shipping charges will be reimbursed in your TotzNY account as credit points. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
• Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

You can return any products ordered from totzny.com within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.

How long will the entire process take?
Upon receipt of product, our team will inspect the product and if everything is fine, it may take 3-4 days to process the refund. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 3-4 days window.
